Dr. Michael Green has over 20 years experience in medical aesthetics. He opened his first aesthetic practice, LightCare Medical Spa in May 2000. In 2013 he took over medical services at Spaderma Med Spa in Lincoln Park. In 2019, with a desire for more one-to-one patient care instead of supervising multiple other injectors, he opened MGMD Aesthetics. This boutique facial rejuvenation studio is where, along with 25 years experience as an Emergency Physician, Dr. Green uses his aesthetic expertise to provide customized injections with meticulous attention to your needs and desired outcome producing a more youthful appearance with a priority on natural results.
I am 55-year-old woman who wanted Botox for my forehead and crows feet areas and a consult for some sagginess in jowl area. Dr. Green went over several options and gave me his recommendations. He answered all of my questions and concerns such as my goal of just wanting to look natural but better. I ended up getting Botox in my forehead, crows feet , neck and fillers in my cheeks and chin area. Wow, I saw an instant results, I was so excited. Dr. Green is very thorough and takes the time to go over side effects and post injection care. I actually never had anyone take as much time as he did that day. I would definitely recommend him and will be going back for a follow up visit to make sure my goals are reached.
